Opis zadań i działań w projekcie
Projekt zakłada organizację międzynarodowej szkoły letniej dla doktorantów, realizowanej w formie stacjonarnej na Uniwersytecie Gdańskim. Program obejmuje zajęcia dydaktyczne, warsztaty, zajęcia praktyczne w laboratoriach oraz działania terenowe, skoncentrowane na nowoczesnych i zrównoważonych metodach oceny i ograniczania ryzyka chemicznego. W ramach projektu realizowane są również działania organizacyjne, rekrutacyjne oraz ewaluacyjne związane z realizacją szkoły letniej.
Realizacja Szkoły Letniej odbędzie się w dniach 11-15 maja 2026 roku.
Grupy docelowe
Projekt jest skierowany do 20 doktorantów z zagranicznych uczelni oraz 20 doktorantów Uniwersytetu Gdańskiego, reprezentujących dyscypliny związane z naukami chemicznymi, środowiskowymi i pokrewnymi.
Cel projektu
Celem projektu jest wzmocnienie umiędzynarodowienia kształcenia doktoranckiego poprzez rozwój kompetencji naukowych i praktycznych uczestników w zakresie nowoczesnej i zrównoważonej oceny ryzyka chemicznego, a także poprzez budowanie międzynarodowych sieci współpracy akademickiej.
Efekty i rezultaty projektu
Rezultatem projektu jest podniesienie kompetencji uczestników w zakresie analizy i zarządzania ryzykiem chemicznym, zdobycie praktycznych umiejętności badawczych oraz uzyskanie mikropoświadczeń potwierdzających osiągnięte efekty uczenia się. Projekt przyczynia się również do zwiększenia widoczności Uniwersytetu Gdańskiego w międzynarodowym środowisku akademickim.

The project is co-financed by the European Union from the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) 2021–2027 under the NAWA SPINAKER – International Intensive Programmes.

Description of project activities
The project involves the organisation of an international on-site summer school for doctoral students at the University of Gdańsk. The programme includes lectures, workshops, laboratory-based practical classes and field activities focused on modern and sustainable approaches to chemical risk assessment and mitigation. The project also covers recruitment, organisational and evaluation activities necessary for the implementation of the Summer School.
Summer School will take place on 11-15 May 2026.
Target groups
The project is addressed to 20 PhD students from foreign universities as well as 20 PhD students of the University of Gdańsk representing disciplines related to chemical, environmental and related sciences.
Project objective
The objective of the project is to strengthen the internationalisation of doctoral education by developing scientific and practical competences of participants in the field of modern and sustainable chemical risk assessment, and by fostering international academic cooperation.
Effects and results of the project
The project results in enhanced competences of participants in chemical risk analysis and management, acquisition of practical research skills and the awarding of micro-credentials confirming the achieved learning outcomes. The project also contributes to increasing the international visibility of the University of Gdańsk.
